Florida KidCare

Florida KidCare is a children’s health insurance program designed to provide coverage for families with incomes up to 200% of the federal poverty level. Through Florida KidCare, the State of Florida offers health insurance for uninsured children from birth through age 18.

4C is a Florida KidCare application distribution site. Parents can receive assistance in completing the application, if need be.
