4C Receives National Reaccreditation
Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) is proud to announce it has received reaccreditation through the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services (COA). Attaining accreditation demonstrates to our key stakeholders, as well as the community, that 4C meets exacting standards for efficient management and the delivery of high quality services. In 1999, 4C first received COA accreditation and became the first agency of its kind in the United States to be accredited by COA.
